Watch Dr Linda Bendikson discuss the research on school improvement as well as providing practical advice and strategies for senior leaders looking to undertake improvement journeys in their schools. Dr Bendikson has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of school improvement having been the director of the University of Auckland Centre for Educational Research, a primary school principal, and a regional manager responsible for School Performance for the Ministry of Education. She currently is a schooling improvement consultant working beside leaders at both the system and school level in both New Zealand and internationally.
