About the presenters

Kelly Goodsir

Kelly has over 20 years of experience in early education across New Zealand and Australia. She is a sought-after speaker and provider of professional development in which she simplifies complexities and inspires pedagogical courage. She is widely respected for her dedication to children’s and educators’ rights, and committed to driving transformative change across the education and care sector. She is also the author of several resources and books.

Kirsty Liljegren

Kirsty is an experienced and highly-regarded Early Learning Consultant and Educator with 30 years professional experience in the Early Years Education Sector. She has worked as a teacher and an Early Learning Director, and a consultant, and has engaged in extensive research in the philosophies of Reggio Emilia and Nature Pedagogy. She is a committee member of the Reggio Emilia Australia Information Exchange and has undertaken 3 study tours to Reggio Emilia, in addition to visits to the Forest Schools in Denmark and the Nature Kindergartens in Scotland.
