Lisa Winiata

Lisa is the Kaiarotake Matua – Evaluative and Specialist Support Lead at Kaitiaki Kindergarten Association. With a Master’s degree in Evaluation and Specialist Teaching, she leads quality improvement efforts across the organisation. Her expertise lies in early childhood education, where she uses evaluation as a powerful tool to support evidence-based change. Lisa is committed to advancing equitable and high-quality outcomes for all tamariki through informed and purposeful practice.
